DInGaAs series Detectors

DInGaAs series Detectors are room temperature high performance InGaAs detectors operating over the NIR spectral range from 0.8µm to 1.7µm. It is slit mount design and match with all Omni series output slit.
? DInGaAs1600 small area InGaAs Detection device (See Fig.1).
? DInGaAs1650 large area InGaAs Detection device (See Fig.2).
? DInGaAs1700 large area InGaAs Detection device (See Fig.3).

¦ TE cooled InGaAs detectors
InGaAs detector spectral range is from 0.8µm to 2.6µm. DInGaAs(x)-TE detectors is slit mount design and match with all Omni series output slit. And x-1700/ 1900/ 2200/ 2400/ 2600 all use two stage TE cooled InGaAs detectors. Spectral response curve see below.

Remark

?DInGaAs series and DInGaAs-TE series are PV detectors come with current output. It is recommended to use Trans-Impedance Amplifier as pre amplifier before connecting to the signal processors such as oscilloscope or lock-in amplifier. ZPA-7 is recommended as a preamplifier.
?DInGaAs-TE series detectors must be working with Temperature Controller (ZTC) for cooling control
