Conduction-cooled QCW diode laser stacks are produced for applications in the defense market. Peak powers can be reached up to 250W and 300W per bar at 2% duty cycle and, 12W per bar at up to 25% duty cycle. Fast-axis collimated and uncollimated versions are available with 1.7mm pitch.
